Little 5 Points has a rich history as a thriving commercial district in Atlanta since the early 1900s.
L5P is zoned a neighborhood commercial district that is joined together by state highway Moreland Avenue. L5P is located within the Inman Park neighborhood, Fulton County and Candler Park neighborhood, Dekalb County.
Today, L5P is home to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, services, live music venues and performing arts theaters.

Since July 1999, The L5P Business Association has maintained the space for our Little 5 Points Atlanta Police Department Mini-Precinct.
Funds from our annual fundraising event, L5P Halloween Festival and Parade, business owners, property owners, Inman Park and Candler Park neighborhoods have supported this public safety presence in our community.

The Little 5 Points (L5P) Halloween Festival and Parade is one of the top ten Halloween events in the country. The festival takes place in L5P, a premiere business, arts and music district that is one of the oldest and most eclectic neighborhoods in Atlanta.
The festival began in the 1970’s and the parades were added in 2000. Each October, thousands of people flock to Little 5 Points to enjoy great food and drink, live entertainment, local vendors, and the best Halloween parade in the South!
